About MARIA ANNE POTRZUSKI

Maria Anne was born and raised in South Jersey. She has been a Hair Stylist for the last 15 years in Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia. Building relationships and making people feel beautiful everyday is her passion. Maria Anne’s husband is a union carpenter who formerly worked for his father building and remodeling homes, together they have a beautiful little girl.

 

As her husband is in construction for a living, they were fortunate enough to build their own home together. Many people would say the process is very stressful. Not for her, she embraced every bit of it so much that she knew she wanted to begin a career in Real estate. She has redirected her passion and found her great eye for design.

 

Maria Anne loves touring properties and imagining how to transform spaces and build lives within them. She can readily imagine how to increase property values through a few well-chosen upgrades. She demonstrates a great understanding of design enhancements that will add value to your home.
